A commercial real estate management web platform. I was the sole UX/UI designer for this 8-month project, and almost all of the content is proprietary. I can show you a very limited number of mockups here.
I started off with User Interviews and Competitive Analysis.
Then I began iterating low and mid-fidelity sitemaps and wireframes, updating my progress to my stakeholders every week.
I then created a process map for my stakeholders' business model in FigJam, which involved every person in the company during my user research interviews. I conducted the interviews through FigJam.
5 months later, the hi-fi wireframes were handed off to a development company called BitCot, which has a 5.0 stars rating on Google.
After the development phase of the project started, my employer flew me out to Las Vegas to attend a Microsoft Power Platform conference, where I learned how to Power Automate some business processes, and I created some automation flows for the company before my contract was over.
